Hettie has always had a passion for food. Her mother had her own catering business in Scotland, and she grew up around profiterole mountains and vats of mayonnaise.
Hettie trained at Ballymaloe under Rachel & Darina Allen. Since finishing in Ireland in early 2023, she has been working around London and the UK. Alongside private events, she works with some of London’s most sought-after catering companies, bringing professional experience and creativity to every menu.
