ABOUT
Hettie has always had a passion for food. Her mother had her own catering business, in Scotland, and she grew up around profiterole mountains and vats of mayonnaise.
Hettie trained at Ballymaloe under Rachel & Darina Allen. Since finishing in Ireland, she has been working around London and the UK, providing food for a variety of events, including wedding anniversary buffets, Christmas canapés, & week-long holidays to name a few. She loves to cook with seasonal ingredients which are sourced as locally as possible.
